que tal si agregan una inteligencia para las ambulancias para cuando ocurra un accidente o enfermedad la ambulancia llegue y después ir hacia el hospital más cercano igual con la policía que pase en las manifestaciones y se diríjase después a la comisaría más cercana.

That's basically what they do anyway, but it is your responsibility as mayor to call them.

@CommanderABab What I mean is that when you call an emergency service it is more realistic. example: There is a demonstration of 50 people and the police cars only fit 5 people so the police cars would have to go to the nearest police station to wax the protesters and have to return. This feature could be put into difficulty mode: medium / high for a touch of realism, fun, entertainment and difficulty.
