Cliffs

Had this on my mind for a while. So what if we added a cliff feature? It would make the hills be less boring, and also make more terrian varieties in a city.
And if we could put water on hills, waterfalls could be made using cliffs, which would look cool. The cliff would be dirt with a couple rocks in it, maybe several rocks at the bottom. You cannot build on cliffs, for obvious reasons.
