realistic constructions

so my phone just died, but i wanted to make a quick suggestion for realism to the game
When small houses are built, why is the T crane there?
the t crane should only be for gigantic buildings and for skyscrapers
I suggest so that small houses will have their constructions have plywoods and other kinds of stuff
