If your looking for the JGR patch it's in the google playstore (android version) or at tt-forums (Pc Version) https://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?t=73469. The nightly GRFx is in the "Check Online Content" section on the main menu.

I downloaded it on their forums, but I rather download the JGRPP version on GitHub.

I used to play GTA Vice City (who doesn't?)
My favourite thing was to use a sniper and shoot cashiers' necks.Once shot,the cashiers will bleed from the neck and it comes out like a fountain!
