Because the higher the skyscraper is, the better the downtown is ^^ I am not qualifing me as the best, I know some peoples did better than me.

You can't see anything with giant skyscrapers around
that is right :) i guess i need to create a downtown with a different look, more modern? to fit perfectly with astrellia project of new downtown

Petrovolgrad downtown is located in a peninsula, sorrounded by Vuoksi river.
