The annual Bellmann City Grand Prix. A urban track that uses the city roads.
A bit like the Long Beach circuit in Los Angeles or the Grand Prix of Monaco

I tried making some spacious houses in a access-controlled neighborhood kind of way with backyards and stuff. I think I did pretty good.
