Beaches are 1x1 tile parks, which cost 80T and have upkeep cost of 1T. The price will rise with number of beaches built. They can be built near water, 5 tiles far from it. Beaches have small park and sport radius. They can't be built on the coast ground tile, will spawn sand. Beaches have some texture variations.
