Connect Individual Cities
It would be a good idea. I've got a couple of cities I want to connect to make a state, and also it would benefit. I would like to see outsiders and tourist in my cities, not just inhabitants, and this idea would really make me happy. Also for this idea, it would be really nice if you could chose which cities border your city and which side they border. So please have an option to connect individual cities. 🏙

It's actually a good suggestion. I also have highways to connect to the outside cities.

I find it quite hard creating regions with individual cities, so I suggest this.
