You can just use the plugin store that's included in the game. You find it in the game menu.

For plugins outside of the Plugin Store you can either use iTunes, see here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301
or the files app on you device: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT206481

What worked for me (iPhone) was restarting the app after having downloaded the plugin.

Just like with plugin shop on Android . Its because the game have to restart to read new files
