New wall category, concrete wall + 7 variations with graffiti + 5 new nature themed wall art. 3 graffiti variants are inspired by real life graffiti artists, while the other 4 are fictional.

1.1 Nature update :
5 new nature themed wall art designs

Uses fence tool so it doesn't take up a whole tile. About the same height as the wall that spawns when you place a house on a slope. By placing these walls, you can get nicer hills and roads on slopes. Two examples are shown in the thumbnail. The new update is also available on the forum.

I think it would be cool to have walls that match the brown part under some elevated road slopes (like the one under the pedestrian zone road in your old screenshot)
