Hey, if "progress" you want to mean is about regions or cites that u made in your old phone then it's not possible to recover it.
However, if you it's about diamonds, plugins, etc...
try restart the game a lot of times

I've never ever came into (Pixel Art) graphics for house, since I use MS Paint, I'm only good for logos. I could try helping you with your logo instead for your plug-in.
