Why does it take very long to build some zones (Eg:Commercial, Farm)

Per CommanderABAB, I think that you might need to wait for residents to move into your city.

A lot of times if your city is happy and has many TTT and TT residents, and say a residential building is displaced due to fire, removal or abandonment; the first thing to replace it will be a T residential. These will often just have one resident.

Check the demand zone. If the demand is low the buildings will not be built. If the demand is high the more the buildings will be built(if you have an available zone for that)

The demand explanation Up This message. Put park and sport next to the zone, residential need fd, police, health, education, and parks. Commercial and other only need park and sport, but considering put supply to make the happy and secure.
