These are some cool ideas:
1 improved structural mechanics: for example a building can have 1 variable structural soundness it determines if that building is strong or weak this will come in handy for later, along along with improved vehicles 1 variable that says if it it capable of offroading or not or not again this will be referenced later.
2 potholes: if a road has had a lot of traffic for a long time then it will start having potholes also if it is a lower tier road it is more likely to gain potholes and if a vehicle is not high on the capable scale there is a chance for it to get stuck also a chance to veer off the road and if its not capable it will stay stuck there that brings us into.
3 tow services: if a vehicle is stuck it can be towed by a tow truck, it would also its own depot.
4 better bridges: just the ability to make them closer to the water and also the ability to modify the material
5 collapsing bridge sections: if a bridge is too weak of the stuctural sound scale and a weak material and a lot of traffic a section could collapse and when it does any vehicles on it will be dumped into the body of water below it if its on land nothing will happen but if its over water it will flow any direction and this will be considered a disaster and a special service to help it the special recovery team they have a skycrane and can pick up and floating car and it returns with the car to the building but if multiple cars fall it sill have to take multiple trips.
6 car crashes: if a car veers due to a pothole and a car is passing in the oppsite lane they will crash though nothing special will happen and the tow services can be called to help.
7 different speeds for cars: just a random variable that goes close to the range of the road's max either up or down and also overtaking and if an emergency vehicle is passing vehicles will yield instead of disappearing.
8 hurricanes: it will be almost map wide the map is small though not too big mostly cat 1s, they will only destroy the weakest buildings though, cat 2s can just destroy a little more, only that though so the game is not frustrating, but all the hurricanes in general will not be common
9 improved floods: roads can flood during or for some time after a hurricane and if a vehicle can go through it relies on the capability vairyable.
10: nicer water: water on hills and drains and smaller rivers and creeks

These are all nice ideas! However, I don't they will be much high on priority (unfortunately :(). Lucky, TheoTown makes up by having very powerful plugin support, which should theoretically allow you to make most, if not all, of these (though would need some knowledge) using plugins.

Considering there are only 2 active game developers, I don't think these features will be added to the game anytime soon. There are already lua plugins available for some of these features.
