Can't Load City in Online Region

I just want to say, Games like Sim city, TheoTown are familiar to me. And I really like TheoTown games .

Point: I can't Load City in A Online Region
At GMT+7 Hours, I want to play as usual, but this time. I found that my city in an online Region was suddenly inaccessible. I don't know why that is, I already checked the Network, storage, as well as game cache. And it still doesn't work, oddly enough. Yesterday I played my city in An online Region with <100.000 inhabitants, And it runs as usual. But one day my City reached 100.000>.
