Any plans for diagonal pavements or diagonal elevated road (of any kind)?

I don't mind the buildings not being diagonal.
Heck, I don't even mind if I can't build diagonal highways or avenues, though it would be really neat to have that capability.

But I can't even build any diagonal pavements or diagonal elevated roads. It bugs me, and I feel that these features should be implemented at the bare minimum. For any developers reading this, know that I still care about the diagonal feature for the road types in the game, especially given the lack of recent topics related to this.
