Elevated trains aren't working!

Hello! Help me please! Elevated trains aren't working in my town (in another towns its work).

Also, it seems to me that the cars of many buildings do not move. (Except services.) I zoomed out the photos to show how the paths are connected. I did everything correctly. I repeat, elevated train works in the neighboring city.

Well this is what i do if theres no one using Elevated Trains, Metro, Bus, or Monorail :

1. Check the damages, maybe unconnected rails/roads
2. Check the positions of the stations, maybe its not convenient enough for the citizen
3. Check the routes, maybe i forgot to set the routes (for the newest update 2025)
4. Check the citizen status, lower citizen more likely to use transportation while higher citizen hates it if the routes taking longer than private cars (this is just my theory though, but it works for my towns)

Now, in this new update i still havent figure out how the Freight Train and Passenger Train works. Maybe anyone have suggestions? Thank you
