If already and currently logged in, click gear button at bottom-left, click Account, and click Log out.

Where? There's no such button on PC version.

Maybe cuz it connected to steam account and saved like steam_name=theo_name

I believe on steam you cannot log out. Once you logged in once it is connected forever.
Reinstalling the game also doesn't help if my memory serves me right
