A shader that let you change the color of your city with the shade of Red, Green and Blue plus Saturation and Light
How to use:
• activate 'RGBSL' shader at Settings>User Interface>Shader>RGBSL
• Configure the color using the tool provided in this plugin
Updated to v1.5
• Update Vendor files to 3.1.0
• behave 'update' calls when configuration was not touched
