I’m a legitimate player of TheoTown with the Game ID A744865594. I’ve played the game for over 6 years and purchased it through official channels with no rule violations.
Now the Plugin Store shows "you are banned" unexpectedly. Could you please give me a reasonable explanation and tell me what I need to do to fix this?

This indicates that you have hacked the game, regardless of what you say. Either you used a cheat to get diamonds or shared your login details with someone to get more diamonds etc. There isn't a way to reverse it and you are just going to have to live with the consequences of what you have done.
