How to create perfect isometric circle?

I tried so hard to create isometric circle but its always fails. the circle seems never symetrical no matter how i tried. Is anyone have tips to create perfect isometric circle?

Please use a symmetry ruler if you have one. It will help you :)

What application do you use, in my application there are no symmetry ruler tools
