Airport - building issues

Hi
I am really new in Theotown and i'm looking for some basic help with building an airport. Would appreciate advice and troubleshooting - pic. attached, why am I not able to construct an runway?

Everything you should know 'bout airport constructing is just build airport tower, terminal and runway, that's all. More than just one runway - more money. Big airport - gold vein.

Wait, why are you setting airport area first? You don't need to do this. If you wanna set runway on your land, you should just build it first without setting airport area. Really, airport area - is not necessary tool, don't pick it. Besides, airport area is blocking your roads for building it.

Delete this airport area and start the beginning. Airport is just a set of tower, terminal and runway. Build tower - build terminal - build runway and then build yellow line (transport road) from terminal to your runway. But I think last point is not really necessary, game counts your landed planes on runway.

It's not hard game element, really.
