Ummm…
Yesterday I want to make new region in my game and, I don’t know why, but I can make it. I tried maybe 3 or 4 times and that’s not working so I uninstalled game and installed it again but that doesn’t worked and I don’t know what to do else. I lost my biggest city ever and I can’t make second one.
Please, can somebody help me?
And I want to add that I’m playing on iPhone.

With that information you are on v.1.12.47 which has a known bug which causes the game to crash on region creation. It was fixed in 1.12.48 and will be available soon. Your cities are saved to your device rather than account, so if you have lost them because you uninstalled the game, there is no way to get them back.

Gimana ya ini tolong perbaiki developer, for English, Why did I call the fire department but they never come?
I already called the fire department, but they don’t come at all. My fire department is from the base game, the roads are not disconnected, and I have already built the water supply. I already built the fire department right in front of the building, but they still don’t come.

saya mau lapor tentang bug zoom, zoomnya patah patah dan gak enak di zoom kecil atau besar dan pas saya keluar gamenya masih sama masih zoomnya patah² dan saya hapus memori masih tetep sama zoomnya patah² habis itu daya hapus data dan ya semua pluglin yang saya yang pake diamoan ilang dan pluglin iklan juga ilang, tolong perbaiki bug zoomnya , karena tidak enak di gunakan zoomnya

In the new update, there's people dying in a building I don't know how to get the corpse out and even I tried to build more cemeteries it won't work. Is there a way or not?

@Kevinsophor taht is a bug in 1.12.65 and was fixed in version 1.12.66 (which is already available to some users). For now, placing a crematorium closer to the building people died in would help.
