The set contains:
- a news stand.
- a hotdog stand.
- two German style phonebooths.
- a public toilet.
- a dumpster.
- a pile of garbage.
- a street lamp (as in my MPS).
- a flowerbed (MPS).
- a round flowertub (as in my WTC park).
- four of my palmtrees, each sitting on a foundation by Lobby & Theo.
- a tree by Lobby & Theo on the same foundation.
[the above props are all combined in a single menu entry]
- various groups of people.
- a rotation aware bench with trashbin.
- a rotation aware straight flowerbed (based on WTC park).
- straight and corner pieces of a smaller, rotation aware hedge, that sits on the edges of a tile.
And that's about it.

UPDATE:
By suggestion of @Josh I somewhat darkened the two phonebooths. And, I also changed the public toilet a bit (note that I didn't bother to update the screenshot, because the changes are rather minor).
If these things were bothering you too, then go ahead and redownload. Just replace the old file with the new one.
