Hello. My name is Nikita Romanov The Leaf. As a welcome of 2022, I present to you my new and biggest plugin yet. It's the Vinhomes West Point apartments complex. In real life, the complex has around 3000 residents. But in the plugins, there are only about 2000.
The plugin includes:
- 8 buildings in total.
- 4 is 6x6 and the other 4 is 3x3.
- The highest (38 floors), the lowest (~15 floors).
- Fully detailed with night frames
- 100% texture space friendly

The mayor gets tax money from RCI to build infrastructure with. A monthly price on them takes away the mayor's ability to do that.
