Following the aftermath of The Great Conflict War somewhere Far Western Theonia, multiple nations has risen and collapsed. The Rheonian Lands were fractured and the remaining regions were left in terror. Waiting to be subjugated under a foreign rule. This doom however, was avoided few decades ago.
Victoriana Bankswith Pickleton — or Victoriana B. Pickleton,
Campaigned for a new nation to be formed just so the Rheonian Lands can survive and defend itself from foreign powers. Her movement gained traction, and soon, a new federation — formed.
The Federated States of Rheocursia. With it's capital, Capital Lake city as the federal capital. The Federation comprises of nine states.
Capital Heartland, Beauhills, Gertrudina, Eastphaline, Rex Bay, Great Regina, Dixi Isle, Effeledge, and Deuton.
CONSTITUTION:
The Federal Constitution of the federation divides the power balances as accordingly. The Federation uses Tricameral Parliamentary system.
1. The Grand Senate — Appointed senators, not always have to be a politician. Someone who are renowned experts, appointed by The Chancellor of The Federation.
2. The Representative Hall — Elected leaders and ministers from the states. Must be a participant in elections.
3. The Grand Judiciary — The Judiciary was given a hall, a seat in the Federal Parliament to ensure that the judicial independence are not to be mishandled or reduced by those who wanted to take advantages.
The Chancellor is an elected head of state of the federation. They had partial to semi governance authority, only where it is needed to maintain balances. The full governing authority however rests on The Grand Minister and their elected cabinet. The Chancellor is to serve the federation for 12 years for one term only when elected, non renewable unless with public referendum. The Grand Minister however is to serve the federation for 6 years per term and the constitution only gave them two terms only limit and non renewable unless with a public referendum.
Judiciary rests independently, oversaw and managed by Lord Justice of The Federation. They are the head of the judiciary and below them are nine Grand Judges of the federation who serve the Federal High Court.
History Notes:
Victoriana B. Pickleton is the only Chancellor who served during The First Federal Constitution era, when the Chancellor had immense authority as Head of State and Head of Government during its early years. She is the First Chancellor of the first federation.
