Network Error when accessing plugin store

When I try to access the plugin store, a message saying "network error" comes up and the store doesn't load. Anyone have any fixes for this?

I have 1.9.99p version, and Plug-in store not working

The answer is "Just switch or update your phone version.Or simply,update the game.Because of monthly (maybe yearly) updates,TheoTown causes with major promlems.So,that is it.Fix internet or contact moderators about it.
