Make individual cities connect to neighboring cities (illusion)

Well, i dont think individual cities to connect with other cities feature will be in future updates.
i decided to make a tip for making a road that look like its connecting to other lands (ONLY ON HIGHWAY FOR NOW)
1.Make a highway into the border connecting to it.
2.Pick any road except highway and try to connect the corner roads
3.Its done, if you want cars to go around it like they are travelling cities, you gotta place some roads or try to edit your road system so they will have to go around the border highways.
5.Profit

my phone is broken, so i use paint to draw what i did on my cities

Create a label at the border like
"To Beverly City" (example)
