Nuclear Test Zone:

The nuclear test zone is a somewhat-large military building that tests nuclear weapons. Placing it will earn you extra income, but you'll have to make sure it's blast radius is far enough from your city.

It's probably a bit unbalanced right now, so let me know if you have any suggestions regarding that. Also, I'm aware that the color of the building is wrong. Turns out that the image I used as a reference had been modified or something in a photo editor, and by the time I had noticed, the building was already done. I hate to say it, but I don't plan on fixing that.

I am two years too late, I'm not expecting a reply, but can someone, anyone, give me download link a to this plugin? Or at least any disaster-based plugin which is not encrypted in an undecipherable language.

You can't unless your a "privileged plug-in creator." The only way to become one is to post high quality plug-ins and ask the mods afterwards.

Well I guess I have to work my way,"King Tut",anyways just wait till I become one
