Project TheoTown: Expanded

I dunno sounded better the day before, however I would like to welcome you and introduce you to a project called TheoTown: Expanded*. What is it? Glad you asked, it's a community project curated by me which aims to add more dynamic systems to the game or improve it in overall. Now why do it with a plugin, why not an actual game feature? Well plugins have gotten more powerful now and if user doesn't like what it adds, it can be uninstalled. Why a community project? One of the reasons is what I think of doing, I forget after 25 minutes (ask anyone, can confirm), so I run out of ideas or just forget them (Intercity trading market, not to be confused with Intercity bank). The other thing is that with more manpower, we can produce faster and more efficiently.

Great idea! Looks like an expansion pack huh... I'm still wondering for a farm fields to make it mandatory to rural areas in order to produce crops and sell it to the upcoming Intercity Trading Market. Ahh... If we're lucky enough to build the first university campus with a little or more transactions...

I wanna make it though I don't have quite knowledge in programming language

you could probably use Lua decently if you know how "if else" statements and how "for while" loops works.
Other than that, for TheoTown stuff you should look up the API. To be honest, the API is a bit confusing at first.

So would anyone like online trading market where you could sell resources and they would become a little bit of a requirement?
