Spanish Translation

Hello,
I just started a city in my steam TheoTown game and I found so many issues regarding its translation to spanish. Found there's actually some people working in a translation but I really do not know if there is any way to added it to my game like or if they are still working on it. If that is the case I would be more than glad to give you a hand.
