Smaller price, but more downloads is better than bigger price, but less downloads.
You should deduct the price of that road to a 35 or a 40. Even 45 is enough.

Just try to make good plugins and you will have diamonds , instead of trying to rip off players with overpriced bad / " unfinished " plugins. Remember , its just a game ! If you need that much diamonds , just pay them with real money , you will support the devs at the same time !

Also don't expect to gain a lot of diamonds with only one plugin ... Especially if its your first plugin. Try to do more interresting and useful stuff . Why not trying to do a small pack of houses from your city / country ?
