Thanks to justanyone, I got it and working to fix it.

It has a special plugin for plugin store; Rally Pack.

It has dirt and asphalt rally roads, subaru,metro and ford rally car tents (spawners), and a spectator area. I added a fence and finish line to it now.
It also has one of my oldest plugin base tower and Telecommunication tower (harizhakimi's version) in it

1x1 small sun panel and wooden water tower and damaged road

I am sorry JA but again, I am asking you to get my canals plugin. Appears that, there is a void problem about it. Also should I wait to update it, because some people like me are still playing the older version of the game

it's related to a change made in this version viewtopic.php?p=174346#p174346

All you'd have to do is set minimal version of your plugin to that one and add that attribute with value as true.

As for the plugin, I'll get it once I return to my computer.
