Where the hell are the plugins?

Some of the best plugins that i use like diagonal ground and other stuff disappeared
They could either be deleted or the creator's account does not exist anymore
if it were unavailable it would still show up, but those plugins act like it's just a dream, where the hell are they?
If they do not plan to bring it back though, i could probably just remake it

The plugins probably got deleted. There's no way to download them unless you ask somebody who has the file.
