The building in Cytopia is good. But this plugin of TheoTown texture is really bad. I guess you are not listening (Plugin moderator is telling you to improving your plugin).

sorry to say but I suggest adding noise and shadows.

Sorry if I'm being mean here but this look really cartoonish. Maybe tone down the color, add shadows, and use the ingame trees.
