Can anyone tell me how to open Easter Eggs, Haunted House and Pumpkins on the PC version of the game (Steam)? I once managed to do this I recently cleared the game files, built 10 cities (more than 15k habitats in each) in the default region (there are over 200k habitats), and still haven't unlocked these things. 
What am I doing wrong?
