Symptoms: Cough, fever, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, intestinal blockage, lung blockage and decreased hunger.
Diagnosis: PCR on nasopharyngeal or bronchial swab and CT scan of the lungs
Differential: Viral infection with H5N1, H7N9, influenza and all bacterial and viral lung infections including MERS/MERS, SARS and tuberculosis
