When I download and open the file in the file manager it says the file is corrupted or unsupported and no matter what I do I can't solve the problem and when I decompressed it into the plugins file it still didn't show up in theotown plz help me on how I can fix this i want this plugin soo badly

You can't decompress a .plugin file. Just put the file in your plugins folder.
