Stuck on prefetching images in loading screen

I'm assuming it's a bunch of mods but the loading screen always gets stuck at 11824/11825, how am I supposed to fix this? uninstall it? because I can't even uninstall it without getting into the game which I cannot do, I NEED HELP!!!
