I just noticed their price increase by 1 theons every time you place 2 zones. And vice versa.
So that means the price increases by 8 when you zone a 4x4 area
Very expensive.

This is a list of percemt increase of price From their original price, Based on placing 2 zones
Low Density RCI:1%
High Density RCI: 0,25%
Farm: 2%
Harbour: 0,5%
NOTE: After Increase Of Price, The Percent Will Go Down, But the zone isnt cheap

And this is on the cheaper end. I've seen people (Kingtut) where the zone prices are 10,000T a square. I'm not saying get rid of it, but at least decrease the rate of increase for the zones.

It costs me 400,000 for a decent sized industrial zone like the ones in this picture.

I had 120 million, but I lost 20 million because of zones and just now I'm gaining it back.
