Advanced road intersection tools not stackable

I don't know why my advanced road plugin can't be stacked when using intersection tools to fill the curved lines that I have created.
As the picture below, I had already put the white lines before, but when I wanted to fill the green land with a path that matched the lines, the lines disappeared.
