1. If you use "override":true but there's not a definition that uses the same id yet, you will get an error (not in the current version, but that's apparently a bug).
2. If you override a plugin that has been referenced to before by other plugins (e.g. an animation that's used by buildings) you might end up with both versions in the game. Which version a building uses depends then on whether the animation has been overridden yet at loading time.
