I know how to make a Wiki on Fandom.
Yes there is already one on Fandom at https://theotown.fandom.com
But it is outdated and dead, and only has one post in the community talk page about once a year.
It has no moderation so reviving it is just a waste of time.
A forum is just a weird place for a wiki.
So who would like a Wiki on Fandom about TT?
Just reply yes or no.
Or use poll if your lazy.

It doesn't matter where the wiki is the thing that matters more is if people would actually keep it up to date.
If you have time you could contribute to the forum wiki (it needs a lot of work).

The issue with the forum wiki is that not many people would really use it as most people don't use forums to look at a wiki.
Usually when I am a new player to a game I would type insert-game-fandom.com
