So, weeks ago I started to unlock an area in the map, then i unistalled the game, now i installed it again, and it says that I must wait until 20th January for the city to unlock, I tried speeding up 2 times, but it doesn't work, how do I fix this?

(After posting it I unistalled it, I reinstalled it now, I don't think accelerating will work, it might just accelerate the regular 20 mknutes or idk, i would need tons of gems to accelerate a full day)

Sorry to say this, but...
Fix your phone time to the proper time. NEVER CHANGE IT AGAIN. If you do it, it might get worse.
So you'll have to wait.. It might be hard, but that's the only thing you can do.. For now.
