TheoTown crashing every time I try to create a new city.

For some reason it just keeps on crashing and going back to my home screen when I try to create a new city no matter what size I choose. I've cleared my data, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, removed my plugins folder and nothing is working.
Hopefully one of you guys have experienced this and have the fix.

Thank you really for your report, it's an issue with added overlay that's supported since 463. I will release a fixed version as soon as possible

The texture space got smaller apparently by some people

Oh okay, no problem thanks for realizing the issue and responding so quickly. Love the game a ton. Thanks for the creation of it as well. Will continue to offer reports about issues and be a beta tester. This game is seriously just getting better and better. & I love viewing/using you guys creations here on the forum.
