It doesn't accepts the file so can you start with basic of the helicopter and how place on a helipad on the top of buildings

It's as Commander said. If you want others to help you you have to show that you are willing to put effort into finding a solution. That includes to be more precise about what "didn't work" means by including what exactly you tried and in what sense it didn't work as expected. I suggest to also resign from phrases like ASAP as people here help you voluntarily.
