Anyone can make a shipbuilding industries ?
Lately I’m interested in the shipbuilding industries.. So i want make a shipbuilding industry in my city but im not have skill for make that plugin. That's why i ask for help.

You could make a ship building plugin texture and use it as type: harbor.
If I had the time I would make a shipbuilding harbor. But if only...

I think dry docks and shipbuilding buildings (if any ever get made) should be industrial buildings in the harbor zone.
