plus income, minus money (Hardcore)

I wanted to play the game and updated on steam. Once I start everything were fine and I made a nice city in hardcore mode

my income and spends. City should gain money but it isn't

Did you remove some buildings? Removing using the bulldozer now costs money in some instances.

Because money you lose from the prison plug-in isn't reflected in your financials menu. It's only viewable in the prison info category because I don't know if any way to get that stuff in the financials menu

I haven't used remove tool. My income is plus but my money goes always down even if I just watch.
I have prison plugin downloaded from plugin store but not built yet. It might be causing that
