I would trust that site, yandex is a popular search engine from some country maybe russia .

The site doesn't guarantee that it's contents are trustworthy.
But I think in this case they are. Nice collection
Would be nice if you could provide a preview picture with the download link so people see what they get. Also, for organization, you might put all image and json files in one single directory. That makes it easier for the user to know which plugin folder belongs to you.
