How do i build an upward ramp onto a bridge

How the in the hell would i be able to build a road that goes up from the ground onto a bridge.

Use the up ramp symbol once you have chosen the start point.
For a bridge one level up.
This road only allows bridges of one height. For higher bridges, you would start from further away.
