Every time Ioad it in it crashes even when i have 40 gigs open or 936 gigs open on my PC I think it's permanently broken

You run out of memory, not storage.

It does that when you make a region using the console. I geuss they removed support for it or something when they added the official region creation thing.

this happend also to me but with the outofbounds error
